What is your returns policy?

We offer returns on all items, except custom orders and sample pieces. If you wish to return anything please get in contact within 7 days of delivery, and return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery. Item(s) must be in un-installed, un-used and in a fully re-saleable condition.

If your item has arrived damaged in anyway please get in touch and do not use. We will pay for the return and arrange for a new item to be sent out.

Shipping and Delivery

Our lights are all handcrafted, so please allow 2-4 weeks for us to dispatch them. Our blankets will be dispatched within a week of purchasing.

For items in the UK we ship Royal Mail 2nd class tracked and signed. For items outside of the UK we ship Royal Mail International tracked and signed. Please let us know if you need your items urgently and we can arrange express delivery, price dependant on item size and location. ☀️

Care Instructions (Lights)

Only touch your light with clean, dry hands. Make sure your electrician does the same. Use a clean, dry cloth to wipe the shade if needed.

Care Instructions (Blankets)

Wash separately on a gentle cold machine wash, then hang up to air dry. Avoid harsh detergents and fabric softeners. Do not iron or bleach

Do you offer custom orders?

We do offer bespoke light shades, so if there's a colour you've been pining over do get in touch. ☀️ Unfortunately these items are non refundable.

Are your lights suitable for bathroom use?

All of our lights are IP20 rated, which means they are not suitable for wet areas, or areas close to water. They need to be a certain distance away from any water source. Refer to a 'lighting zone diagram' when deciding where to locate your light fitting. Alternatively speak to your electrician for advice as wrong placement could be hazardous.

Standards and Compliance

Our lights are certified and conform to UK and EU standards. If you are shipping to countries outside of the UK, you are responsible for the products testing, compliance and safety.

All lights use a E27 bulb holder and are rated up to 250V 4A. We recommend using LED bulbs.

Installation must be carried out by a qualified and licensed electrician. Please carefully read and follow the installation instructions included with your product. Please note that instructions will be supplied in English, with illustrations. It is the customers responsibility to install their lights according to local building regulations.

Are your lights dimmable?

Yes they are. Please use with compatible bulbs and dimmers. Bulbs available on our listings are dimmable. ☀️
